          主讲人简介:傅永庆(Richard Fu) ,2004-2007 英国剑桥大学博士后 ,目前为英国诺桑比亚大学(UK)教授 。国际薄膜协会欧洲区主席、英国物理学会会员、国际电子电气工程协会等多家国际学术组织会员;自然出版社旗下杂志《科学通讯》等杂志编委。英国、欧洲、新加坡和澳大利亚大型科研项目评审专家。傅教授长期从事智能微系统、传感器和声流体等科研、技术开发工作 ,承担了英国自然科学基金、中国自然科学基金等多项重点科研项目。迄今为止 ,已在Nature Communications, Progress in Materials Science, Nano Letters, Advanced Drug Delivery Review等顶级国际期刊上发表SCI论文339篇 ,著作两部,章节20篇 ,SCI H-index为45,总引用次数>8500次 。

          报告摘要:This talk will focus on micro-engineering and nanostructuring of smart materials for MEMS, smart microsystems, which include integrated sensors, microactuators, microfluidic and lab-on-chip. The selected examples for these smart materials include shape memory alloy films and microactuators and nanocomposite shape memory polymer which can be used for microsurgery and biomedical applications. Another key example is piezoelectric thin film materials which can be explored for mcirofluidics and lab-on-chips applications (with multiple functions such as biosensing, particle/cell concentrating and sorting, patterning, pumping, mixing, nebulization and jetting). Finally the talk include examples using nanostructured oxides devices for sensing, renewable energy, solar cells, supercapacitor applications.
